TierraMar developed a comprehensive and integrated approach in the development of an Asia Pacific Sustainable Seafood Markets Program for World Wildlife Fund (WWF). Our work included undertaking a performance evaluation and strategic review of the existing program; a comprehensive capacity gaps assessment and country readiness analysis across the broader Asia Pacific region which informed the development of a broader markets based program. TierraMar undertook the planning, organisation and facilitation of a regional workshop to develop an Asia Pacific strategy and work program; preparation of all documents and workshop reports and provided ongoing support to implement the program by way of technical assistance to develop and implement regional projects. Also included was the preparation of a large and successful proposal to The David and Lucile Packard Foundation for a multi year WWF Asia Pacific Sustainable Seafood Strategy and Program of Works.
